VALENTINE TREATS

These treats were easy to put together.  I followed this video with Marissa at Kitchen Table Stamper.  I found the chocolates at Aldi's.  I did make a larger size so that I could include two chocolates. 🍫You could make these for any occasion.  

SPOOKY GLAMPING

This is a blast from the past.  I made this card design years ago at a Stampin' Up camp.  I bought the stamp set and just now got around to using it.  I made a few changes to the design since I didn't have everything from the original card.

I also decided to make a matching envelope.  I used a piece of golden orange 12x12 card stock in my stash and the We Are Memory Keepers envelope punch board.  It was super easy - cut your paper 8" x 8", then align the paper at 3 ½" on the ruler and then move card stock counter clockwise on the envelope board for the rest of the score lines lining them up with the point on the punch board.  Go to You Tube to see what I'm talking about if this doesn't make any sense.  😉

BIG BIRTHDAY WISHES

I had fun with this MFT Big Birthday Wishes die.  I watched two videos of two of my favorite card makers - Cathy Zielske & Laura Bassen.  The card on the left is inspired by Cathy Z. and on the right Laura B.  This is such a large die so it is all you need on an A2 sized card.  I did add a Martha Stewart Gerbera daisy sticker to the first card.  I can't tell you how long those stickers have been in my stash - but it added the perfect touch!  

This second group of cards I did colorful paper strips and then die cut the large greeting.  I was able to use both pieces (positive & negative) to make two cards.  🌈

For Baby

I used Martha Stewart's Double Arches punch to decorate the box.  The paper is Spring Moss by Papertrey Ink.  The brown box was purchased at Impress Rubber Stamps.  It was all about the cute presentation on this project.  I'm going to miss a baby shower next weekend so I wanted to send a gift card in style! 

I decorated the inside of the box as well.  The patterned paper is Everyday Blessings by Papertrey Ink.  I made my favorite gift card holder using Papertrey Ink stamps & papers.  Go to this post for directions on making the gift card holders.  The rattle & shower words are from Baby Button Bits. 

I still love this onsie and have used it over & over & over!  Bitty Baby Blessings by Papertrey Ink.

The gift card easily slips into the slot & you still have room to write your personal message.

Happy Mother's Day!

I was inspired by this card that Shari sent us for Easter.  I absolutely love the Cherry Blossom Branch that she used.  She bought it at Joann's so I high tailed it to my local Joann's to purchase this stamp!  The technique of running the stamped image thru with the embossing folder is so beautiful.  Thank you Shari for sharing this great idea!  I love this look - so I copied her design & made my Mother's Day cards!

North Pole

  The North Pole sign stamp is by AMuse Art Stamps.  I used a glitter pen & a red marker to color in the sign.  I'm not sure who makes the words - sorry!  I used a Martha Stewart border punch for the scallop.

Test Tubes...

Boxes!!

These fun square favor boxes – made using the Martha Stewart Scoring Board – are perfect for tucking in yummy Halloween treats!  I found the directions for making these boxes on Paper Source's website.  Click here for the step by step directions to make these cute little boxes. 

If you open the lid on your Martha Stewart Scoring Board there are measurements for making various sizes of boxes.  Pretty cool to have it right there at your fingertips!  Isn't Martha something?? 

My Kraft & Black Polka Dot Box

I downloaded the Digi Halloween Dotty Papers from MFT Stamps.  I thought the black polka dots printed out the best.  As you can see I printed them on various colors of cardstock.  The Papertrey Ink cardstock is Kraft, Orange Zest & Summer Sunrise.

Gardening Girl - Tulips!

Another great set by My Favorite Things called Who's That Gardening Girl.  I paper pieced her top & everything else was colored in with Copic Markers.  The patterned papers are from Cosmo Cricket Mini Deck Garden Variety Paper Pad.  I used the Martha Stewart Grass Edge punch to put along the border of the flower garden.

The sunflower embellishment looked enough like the sunshine so I added that as well.  This was from a pack of stickers by Recollections & I think they were purchased at Michael's. 

More Halloween!

I used the Polka Dot Basics II Background set by Papertrey Ink on the Kraft cardstock.  Both of the fence punches are by Martha Stewart.  One is called Scary Fence Edge & the other is Iron Fence Edge.  The orange satin ribbon is from Michael's. 

I used the smallest of the three nesting label dies for the words. (See below)

The stamped words are from Spooky Sweets II by Papertrey Ink.

Love these colors!

Martha Stewart flowers are just great aren't they?  Susan made this card for me!  The notecards are from Paper Source & the gerber daisy flower is by Martha Stewart.  I love the orange, brown & blue colors on this card.  Love love love it!! 

Paper Inspiration

I just loved this piece of patterned paper by My Mind's Eye called Quite Contrary.  Mostly I loved the row of birds but the umbrellas & flowers are cute too!  The patterned paper in rows is perfect for card making.  You can just cut it into borders & it makes for a simple & quick card. 

I added an edge of red to bird border & red ribbon.  I used my Martha Stewart punch border at the bottom.  The words hello are from Papertrey Ink Mega Mixed Messages. 

No Stamping Required...

No stamping required!  Super simple card.  I used pink glitter alphabet letters & spelled out Happy Valentine's Day.  The heart border is by Martha Stewart.  I layered the pink heart cut out on brown & red cardstock.  And look at the darling polka dot envelope!

Valentine's Cards

Here is a variety of Valentine Cards that I made this year.  I'll have more to post over the next couple of days.  I really loved using the Hero Arts Antique Brocade on the brown cardstock.  I just love that elegent scroll look.  The stamps used are a variety from - AMuse, Lockhart, Hero Arts.  I also found a package of Martha Stewart borders & ribbon that I had fun using this year.
