Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's! 

I made this card using amuse studio's Marvelous Marigolds for a simple but elegant look.  This time I used Brillance Ink in Coral - it really shimmers in person :)  The sentiment is from amuse studio Say It With Style stamp set.  This lovely card along with a gift card will be perfect for Mom!

April Stamp Club

Bold colors, softened for a pretty little place card.

cardstock:  sugar  (3.5" x 4", scored on long side at 2")

vellum paper (cut and scored the same as sugar cardstock)

ink:  navy, burano,bellini, papaya

A super quick & simple thank you card.  I used amuse|studio Titian solid cardstock for the base of the 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" square card.  I love this size of card & it still fits nicely in the regular A2 envelope.  I stamped with Lido Ink on a piece of sugar cardstock using a favorite of mine - Marvelous Marigolds stamp set.  The sentiment is from Contemporary Greetings & is stamped in Memento Rich Cocoa Ink.  I added the French Roast Twill ribbon, I love the width of this ribbon & the fact that it is not stiff, just silky soft & easy to tie in a knot!  The vanilla pearl in the center of the flower completes the card.   

Marvelous Marigolds is a favorite of mine!  This was a clean and simple (CAS) card that didn't take much time at all.

Kraft & White...

Kraft & White is a great combination.  My inspiration came from here.  I loved using the Marvelous Marigolds set because there was both solid & outlined flowers & it is a nice contrast on the card.

Inchie Challenge -ASCC1-Jun2011

I enjoyed doing the a•muse|studio Consultant Challenge for June.  Our project had to incorporate inchies using all amuse products.  I'm in love with this marigold flower.  I used my sponge daubers to add some other colors to the center of the flower.
