Mini Blooms all around....

The Amuse Studio Consultant Challenge for February is Shine Bright!  As Creative Consultants we were asked to add some radiance to our projects this month.  I decided to add Shine to my card by very simply adding three Twinkle stickers to the centers of a few of the flowers that I stamped.

Amuse Studio Products:    SHOP AMUSE STUDIO

Stamps:  Mini Blooms, Bathing Beauties (sentiment), Venetian Background
Card stock:  Habanero Card base, Seattle, Papaya Pinstripe
Ink:  Poppy, Marigold, Margarita, Fern, Onyx Versafine, Versamark
Other:  Card Catalogue Stitched Tag Die (Feb 2015 Collection), Poppy Satin Ribbon, White Embossing Powder, Micro Dot Twinkle Stickers

In this card I used my Quickie glue pen & added Diamond Glitter to the center of the Marigold colored flowers to add a little Sparkle!  The sentiment is from the stamp set First In My Book.  I also punched a hole & added Onyx Organdy Ribbon to the Card Catalogue Stitched Tag.

I was on a roll when I was using the Mini Blooms stamp set so I figured while I had out inks and paper I would just make a variety of cards.

Amuse Studio Marvelous Marigolds

Have I told you lately that I love you …  Amuse Studio Petite Pinstripe?   I really love that the pinstripe keeps the layer from looking too white in the background!  I used 5 great shades of Amuse Studio ink on this card and I love the bright colors.

Amuse Studio Mardi Gras Mask Card

A clever idea to use the Geek Is the New Chic Dies and turn it into a Mardi Gras Mask!  The die cut glasses on the top row far right is the one that was used for this card.
Geek is the New Chic Die Set  Item #TAD0051

Amuse Studio Supplies:      SHOP AMUSE STUDIO

Stamps:  Sunset Beach, First In My Book
Cardstock:  Sugar, Grape, Wasabi
Ink:  Wasabi, Grape, Evergreen, Onyx Versafine
Other:  Signo Uni-ball gold gel pen, Lime organdy polka dot ribbon, Special Black Copic marker, Geek is the New Chic die set, Holly Die set

Cutting Instructions:

Card base:  Sugar 5"x7" scored at top
Grape 4 ⅝" x 3 ⅛"
Sugar 4 ½" x 3"
Wasabi ½" x 5"
Grape 1 ½" x 2 ½" (for die cut)

Score the Sugar card stock at 3 ½" to make a 4-bar size card.  Stamp flourishes from Sunset Beach stamp set with Wasabi, Grape & Evergreen ink around edges of the Sugar layer.

Adhere Sugar layer & Grape layer to card front.  Die cut the mask shape from Grape card stock using Geek is the New Chic die set.  Position the berry shape from the Holly Die set on mask.  Hold in place with small piece of washi tape while die cutting.  Repeat on other side of the mask to create two eye openings.

Dot around edge of the mask shape using the Gold uni-ball gel pen.  Tie a small piece of Lime polka dot organdy ribbon & adhere with a mini glue dot to side of the mask.  Using a straight edge, draw a line with 110 Special Black Copic Marker.  Adhere the mask at top of the line using 3D foam adhesive.

Stamp the sentiment on the Wasabi layer using Onyx Versafine ink.  Trim the end of the Wasabi layer using detail scissors and adhere to the card front.
