Other:  2" Maple Tag, Silver Glitter, Quickie Glue Pen, Cherry Satin Ribbon, Silver Organdy Ribbon, Sky paper straw, Rosette Die, Copic Markers BG10, E21, E37

CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS
Cherry cardstock 2” x 2”
Sugar cardstock 2.25” x 2.25”

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut circle from 2” x 2” Cherry cardstock to act as base for rosette. 

2. Using scalloped rosette die, die cut twice from Cherry Petite Polka Dot and assemble rosette

3. Cut 2” circle from Sugar cardstock

4. Stamp circus performer and sentiment on circle, color, and adhere to maple tag

5. Using a quickie glue pen, add silver glitter to edge of stamped circle on maple tag

6. Adhere maple tag to rosette

7. Adhere straw to back of rosette

8. Tie ribbon on straw

Card Swap!

I recently participated in a Card Swap with fellow amuse|studio Creative Consultants!  Our challenge was to use something out of the new catalog.  I was excited to receive all of these wonderful cards in the mail.  These are a great addition to my samples that I can show customers.  Look at all the creative things you can do with our new stamps!!

I'd Never Forget...

This card idea came from Page 53 of the 2012 amuse|studio Catalog & Inspiration Guide.  Our new Under the Big Top stamp set has this cute little elephant stamp in it.  I started out with our pebble cardstock for the card base.  I stamped the elephant first with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  I then masked the elephant's feet & stamped the platform he is standing on followed by the oval shadow under the platform.  I used a design from Mod Backgrounds 2 & stamped in orange on sugar cardstock for the head dress & blanket & then paper pieced them on the elephant.

Join us as we introduce you to all the new producst in the 2012 Amuse Studio Catalog, it won't be long now!  Isn't this the cutest card ever?  We were given this darling sample card at our amuse|studio Conference.  I love how the paper flower is cut in half and used for the skirt.  A little copic marker & glitter and it is just perfect!  And using the baker's twine for the tight rope - genius!  This Stamp Set is called Under the Big Top & is one of the new sets coming out in the new 2012 Amuse Studio Catalog.
