FOUR SEASONS - FALL FOILING

Here are the Taylored Expressions Four Seasons Foil It panels that I made into cards.  I ran the panel through my laminator using a variety of foils - gold & copper.  There are 4 stencils that you place over the foiled panel and I used blending brushes to add the color - I chose Fall Taylored Expressions inks.  The sentiments I used are from Amuse Studio Turkey Day & Amuse Studio Let Us Be Thankful.  The stitched banner die is Gina K Designs Master Layouts 2.  

I took a few close up pictures so you can see the shimmer from the foiling.  It's really pretty and I have been enjoying this technique, it's so fun!

Happy Thanksgiving!  I CASE'd this card from HERE.  The Gourd-Jus set is filled with pretty die cut gourds and leaves.  I watercolored the die cuts with Distress Inks.

Blessed Card

Score the Currant card stock at 4 ¼" to make a square card base.  Prep the Currant card base with static magic.  Stamp the sentiment in Versamark ink on the right side of the card base.  Emboss the sentiment using gold embossing powder.  

Stamp arrow pattern in Pistachio ink on the Eucalyptus card stock layer.  Adhere the Eucalyptus layer to the card base on the left side.  Tie Toffee twine around the card base.  Add the French Roast button to the Toffee twine and tie in a knot.

Tea Light Candles

A cute gift for your Thanksgiving guests.  The tea light candles have simply been wrapped with washi tape.

Card stock:  Vanilla, Pumpkin, Currant

Ink: Versamark, Currant

Other:  Gold Embossing Powder, Toffee Twine, Cellophane gusset Bags, Gold Washi Tape from the Metallic Assortment, Script Washi Tape from the Valentine Assortment, Static Magic Pouch, Heat Tool, ⅛" hole punch

Stamp the sentiment on the Vanilla card stock strip in Currant ink.  Use detail scissors to fishtail cut the end of the Vanilla yardstick.  Prep Pumpkin and Currant card stock pieces using the static magic pouch.  Stamp leaf shapes on Pumpkin and Currant card stock pieces with Versamark ink.  Emboss using the Gold Embossing powder.  Use detail scissors to cut out embossed leaf shapes.  Adhere leaf cut-outs to end of the Vanilla card stock strip and punch ⅛" hole in the end to create a tag.  

Wrap Gold and/or Script patterned washi tape around the base of the tea light candles.  Stack the candles in the cellophane gusset bag and tie the top of the bag with Toffee twine.  Tie the Vanilla tag to the top of the gusset bag.

Wooden Tag

Need a festive Fall tag for a candy jar?  This little wooden tag would also be cute wrapped around your napkins on your Thanksgiving table.

Ink:  Onyx Versafine, Pumpkin, Currant, Saffron

Other:  2" Maple Tags, Champagne Glitter, Saffron Satin Ribbon, Quickie Glue Pen, Washi tape (for masking), Crop-a-dile, Detail scissors

Mask off "for you" from the sentiment stamp using a small strip of washi tape.  Ink the stamp using Onyx Versafine ink, remove the washi tape strip and stamp on the maple tag.  Clean sentiment stamp completely.  Mask off "grateful" from the sentiment stamp using washi tape.  Ink the stamp with Onyx Versafine, remove the tape and stamp below sentiment on the maple tag.  

Stamp small leaf images from Hey Foxy in Pumpkin and Currant ink around the sentiment on the tag.  Gently "roll" maple tag across the Saffron ink pad to add color to the edge of the circle tag.  

Embellish the stamped leaf images on the tag using the quickie glue pen and Champagne glitter.  Use the crop-a-idle to punch a hole through the top of the maple tag.  

Thread Saffron satin ribbon through the hole, leaving a loop to wrap around the jar.  Tie the Saffron ribbon in a knot in front of the tag and trim the ends with detail scissors.

Ink:  Eucalyptus, Currant, Pumpkin, Saffron

Other:  Golddust Splash Spray, Toffee Twine

Score Kraft cardstock to 3 ½" to make a 4bar size card base.  Stamp the sentiment in the lower left corner of the Vanilla card stock layer in Eucalyptus ink.  Stamp leaf images in Currant, Pumpkin and Saffron ink around sentiment on the Vanilla card stock layer.  Remove bottle top from Golddust Splash Spray and tap edge to "drop" ink on Vanilla layer.  Use a small strip of card stock to mask off and prevent the gold ink from dripping on the sentiment.  Allow to dry.  Adhere Vanilla layer to Eucalyptus card stock layer.  Adhere layers to Kraft card base.  Tie Toffee twine around the top of the card base.
