EASTER BLESSINGS

I made a variety of Easter cards.  Besides the bunnies I also made these using the Waffle Flower Postage Collage series.  These were pretty simple - after blending the blue sky background just simple black ink to stamp the various images.  Easter Blessings!

PRETTY IN PINK

I saw the idea for the Hello Friend card online.  I didn't have all the exact supplies, but I worked with what I had and I was pleased with the outcome.  I started with Canson Watercolor paper.  I used Distress Oxide ink in a pretty pink called Kitsch Flamingo and the Altenew Watercolor Stripes Stencil.  I used a rectangle die to cut out the center of the card panel.  The Eucalyptus die is from The Greetery.  I die cut with the watercolor paper and then blended on Distress Oxide Peeled Paint to the leaves.  The other leaf is from Spellbinders Simply Perfect Layered Blooms - blended with the same Peeled Paint ink.  I sprayed a bit of water on the branches and the Oxide ink reacts to the water with white blotches.  The sentiment Hello Friend is from Waffle Flower Simply Said.

The second card is a 4 bar sized card.  I used the rectangle that was cut out of the first card as my layer.  The floral die is from The Greetery called Wildflower Mix.  I used pink & green paper scraps to die cut the floral.  The Happy Birthday sentiment is from The Greetery called Market Basics Sentiments.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

I used the Waffle Flower Postage Collage Envelope Die and matching stencils.  I added enamel hearts to each envelope flap and a sentiment strip.

HAPPY MAIL

I used the Waffle Flower Postage Collage Mini Seals die set for this card.  The tiny envelope and liner are so cute.  I filled the envelope with pretty stems & flowers.  Dang - My layer is a bit crooked!  That's annoying!

WAFFLE FLOWER POSTAGE

I finally made these into cards.  The Waffle Flower postage stamp die is a fun one to play with.  They have so many different stencils and other ways you can make this a fun card. I love these pretty florals!

FALL FEELING!

I put together a card pack for a friend.  I wanted a Fall assortment of cards which I found in my stash.
All these cards have a fall feel with the oranges and yellows.  I 🧡 Fall!

Pretty Collage!

Another fun collage card - this was from piece of patterned paper. I recently purchased a Day Planner at Hobby Lobby that was on clearance for less than $2.  I cut up a lot of the patterned papers that were included in the 12 month planner, so many good ones!  This is a random pattern that was incorporated in the planner.  Lots of small-ish designs to make a cute collage card!

WILD FLOWER STENCIL

I made a postage collage card with my friend, Doreen.  We were both stenciling together, it was more fun with a friend!  We used the Waffle Flower Wild Flower stencil.  I decided to add a birthday sentiment to mine.

FLORALS

I have been using this Waffle Flower postage stamp die a lot over the last few months.  I used the Amuse Studio Botanical Silhouettes for the florals on this card.  I used the stencil to do the background color on each postage stamp.  I used various Waffle Flower stamps to add the postage amounts.  It's simple but I like how it turned out.

Postage Collage with Stencils

I made these cards a while back when I first started using the Waffle Flower postage die.  This design was made using Waffle Flower's Postage Collage Everyday stencil.

Life is Short, Take the Trip

A fun card to send to my friend before our big cruise to Alaska in August.  I started out with the Alexandra Renke suitcase with travel guide paper and then found the compass and the calendar in a 6X6 pad.  I stamped the boat and added a few numbers on the postage stamps.  The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions - perfect for the occasion.
I stamped on the envelope to go with the travel theme.

SURF & SAND

When I saw this card design online, I had to have that seashell die set.  The Waffle Flower Seashells are so pretty!  It was fun to put this card together with all the various colors of shells.  I did a soft blue shadow background on each of the postage stamps before I placed the shells.   The stamps are mostly Waffle Flower to add the postage look.  Surf and Sand!

OH SHELL YES!

I die cut all the Waffle Flower Seashells in various colors of card stock.  I ink blended a bit on each of the shells.  I used a watercolor paper and ink blended a light blue line across the card panel.  I splattered the panel and the seashells with gold splatters and also a bit of white splatter.  The seashells are popped up with foam dimensional - I stamped a sentiment.  On one card, I did add teal gems.

OH-IO

I decided to use the Waffle Flower postage collage die without adding any of the postage stamp extras. The Buckeyes are my favorite team so this card was fun to make.  I used various stamps and dies that I had in my collection.

BBQ theme

I used this 12 x 12 sheet of card stock to make these four cards.  I really like how they turned out and I think they will make perfect guy cards since it's all about BBQ!
I used the Waffle Flower Postage stamp die.  I traced a pencil line around the images that I wanted to use for the various openings.  I love the muted colors.

POSTAGE STAMP DIES

I made these cards last Fall.  They were a big hit with a couple of my card making friends.  They were both very excited about this fun card making design.  I think we call it "influencing or enabling".  They both own them now!  It happens to all of us.
The die comes from Waffle Flower called Postage Collage Die for A2 cards.  There are stencils that you can purchase as well to fill each of the areas.  In this case, I used patterned paper that I have had in my stash for years.  It was too beautiful to use but for this it was perfect!
Many companies, including Waffle Flower have the postage themed stamps.  I picked this one up at Hobby Lobby and didn't even realize until I got home that Cincinnati was one of the postal cancellations in the set.  My friends in Cincinnati were excited about this find!

VARIETY OF VASES

I sure had fun die cutting all these pretty vases!  I die cut the Waffle Flower Vase Variety dies out of watercolor card stock.  I colored a couple of the vases with Copic markers.  I like the added texture on the vases.  I went thru my die stash and found flower dies & greenery dies that would fit in the vases.  I used the Simon Says Tiny Words sentiment set to add a few greetings on the cards.
