Thinking of You

I saw a card similar to this on Pinterest and I wanted to try it with Amuse Studio stamps.  I masked off an area to stamp a portion of the Script Background on the Lichen card base with  Memento Rich Cocoa ink.  I stamped the leaf frond from the Love and Thanks stamp set with Fern ink then drew in the darker veins with a Copic Marker.  The Catalogue tag was die cut with Vanilla card stock and then trimmed.

Amuse Studio Brushstrokes

Amuse Studio's new stamp set called Brushstrokes it such a pretty background especially when you use the new Fiesta ink pads!  I made the thank you background with stamps from various different sets.

Amuse Studio Winter Stag

I just love how these cards turned out.  Amuse Studio helps Consultants with Ready to Roll Workshop ideas each month.  This was one of the card ideas for January.  This is exactly how the pine trees look in our front yard!

Ink:  Seattle, Onyx Versafine

Other:  Le Pouf (for snow), Heat Tool, Diamond Glitter, Quickie Glue Pen

Score Titian cardstock at 4 1/4" to create an A2 card base (finished card measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2")  Stamp large tree on Pebble layer (4 1/2" x 3 1/4") - once with Seattle ink, then again without re-inking.  Stamp sentiment on Pebble layer with Onyx Versafine ink.  Using swirl image from Winter Stag and Seattle ink, stamp off on scrap paper, then stamp on Pebble layer in upper right corner around "thank you" image.  Add Le Pouf randomly to darkest tree, heat.  Embellish with Diamond glitter using glue pen over puffed Le Pouf areas and stamped swirls.  Adhere Pebble layer to card base with 3D foam adhesive.

Floral Duet is a Fav!

I saw this card idea at amuse|studio Conference & I was anxious to give it a try!  I started out with the base of the card being Titian in the Venetian Pattern.  I stamped the Floral Duet flowers (both small & large) on our Sleepy Hallow text cardstock.  I used Versafine Onyx ink & clear embossing powder.  I like to emboss things that I'm cutting out because it makes it easier to follow the line of the flower.  I manipulated the flowers so that the petals would curl a bit.  I stamped the Happy Birthday words from Graceful Greetings with Cherry Ink on Sugar cardstock.  I added a cherry layer of cardstock & attached the strip across the card.  I attached the big flower with glue dots & the small flower is attached with a dimensional.
