Talking in Circles

Another colorful card from the Taylored Expressions Talking in Circles kit.  I started with a piece of watercolor paper.  I really like the thickness and the texture on the watercolor paper.  I used the TE Talking in Circles Piercing Plate in the background.  I saw this idea online and loved the rainbow look of the card stock pieces.  I did put foam tape behind each piece of card stock.  I added the black enamel dots.  The sentiment is from the new Mini Strips Calendar Foil Its.  If you don't foil you don't have to.  I just cut the sentiment and use it without foil.  This card makes you happy!
