For a Sweet Friend

Stamps:  Aspen Background, Cup of Good Cheer, Nordic Noel

Cardstock:  Sugar, Pistachio, Cherry Petite Pinstripe

Ink:  Pistachio, Cherry

Other:  Plain Kraft treat bag, Copice Marker R29, ⅛" hole punch, Vanilla Twine

Stamp the Aspen background with Pistachio ink on the Kraft treat bag.  Stamp the sentiment with Cherry ink in the center of the Sugar layer.  Stamp holly image with Pistachio ink on the Sugar layer.  Use the fine tip of the R29 Copic Marker to color over the berries.  Adhere Sugar layer and Pistachio layer to Cherry Pinstripe layer.  Adhere the layers to the front of the bag.  Punch a small hole in the side of the bag/layers to tie with Vanilla Twine.

Other:  Static Magic pouch, Satin pearl embossing powder, Heat Tool, Vintage Labels 1 die set, Christmas Joy & Cheer die set, Latte Pearl Stickers, Holiday Washi Tape Assortment, Vanilla Twine

Score Sugar cardstock at 4 ¼" to make an A2 card base.  Prepare Pistachio layer with static magic.  Stamp Aspen BG with Versamark.  Emboss the image using Satin Pearl embossing powder.  Die cut Latte Layer using the largest die and Sugar layer using the medium sized die from Vintage Labels 1.

Die cut the bird from Cherry card stock using Christmas Joy & Cheer die set.  Stamp the sentiment with Latte ink on the Sugar label.  Layer and adhere the label shapes together.  Embellish the corners of the Sugar label with Latte Pearl stickers.  Attach the bird die cut to the upper corner.  Adhere the label to center of the Pistachio layer using 3D foam adhesive.  

Attach the red dot washi tape to the bottom of the Pistachio layer.  Adhere the Pistachio layer to the Sugar card base.  Wrap the vanilla twine around the card front and tie a bow.

Cardstock:  Orange, Currant
Ink:  Versamark, Versafine Onyx
Other:  Static Magic Pouch, White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Leaf Dies, Grand Calibur, Style Scoring Tool, 3D Foam Adhesive, Corner Chomper (1/4" side)

Cutting Instructions:

Orange cardstock 5" x 8 1/2"
Currant cardstock 2 3/4" x 4 1/4"
Orange cardstock  1 3/4" x 3/4"

Score Orange cardstock at 4 1/4" to make A2 card base.  Finished card measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Prepare Orange cardstock with Static Magic pouch.
Stamp Aspen background on Orange cardstock with Versamark Ink.  Sprinkle white embossing power over Versamark.  Tap off excess.
Heat with Heat tool until embossing powder melts and becomes glossy.  Allow to cool.
Die cut leaves from Currant cardstock.
Draw leaf veins on leaves using scoring tool (dry embossing); bend cardstock slightly on score lines.
Mount leaves on card front with 3D foam adhesive.
Stamp sentiment on small Orange cardstock layer with Versafine Onyx ink.
Round corners of small Orange layer using 1/4" side of Corner Chomper.  Adhere to card front.
