Summer City Lady

More die cutting happening...

I'm just having a blast with the Ellen Hutson City Lady stamp & die set.  I saw this card design online HERE.  This time she is wearing her sunglasses.  I did trim the white space around the sunglasses after I die cut them out.  The glasses fit her face nicely and it's a fun look!  The sentiment came from Stamping Bella Summer Sentiment Set.

Cosmo Bella

I colored these Cosmo Bellas a while back & thought I should take the next step and make them into cards!  I had a couple of patterned paper pads that a sweet friend sent me for my birthday and they just seemed to be perfectly matched with my Bellas that I already had colored.  Don't you love it when that happens?
I used a super simple layout and a fun sentiment!

Yes, please to that cocktail!

Cheers!

Yesterday I took a break from my cleaning mode & played with this updated version of the Cosmobella by Stamping Bella.  I used Copic Markers to color the Bellas & was experimenting with hair colors & skin tones. I used this chart from Ellen Hutson as a reference.  6 Ways to Color your Crafty Lady

RED HAIR:  E13 E37 YR27
BLONDE HAIR:  E31 E33 Y21
BROWN HAIR:  E47 E57
SKIN:  YR0000 or RV0000

Looks like I forgot to color the drink & sandals on Model #1!

Cosmo Bella

An oldie but goodie - Cosmo Bella!@  This card is for a niece that is turning 21.   I searched the internet for this stamp to link it for you but it looks like they have given the Bellas a bit of an update.  The new image is very similar.  Cosmo Bella now has real arms instead of stick arms, a new hairdo and more realistic facial features.  You've come a long way baby (bella)!

Baby It's Cold Outside!

I have posted this card before but I thought it was worth repeating!  I think I made this card in July when it was 100 degrees!  It has been really really cold here!

Winobella!

I made this group of cards a while ago.  The Winobella by Stamping Bella is a darling stamp to use for girlfriends for birthdays or other occasions.  I used various combinations of Papertrey Ink cardstock to give each card a unique look.

Teachabella!

Look at the darling teacha!  This stamp is by Stamping Bella called Teachabella.  I used ruled patterned paper for the bottom of the card to make it look like school.
And one of my favorite things to do is personlize the card! A set of notecards for your favorite teacher would be such a nice gift.

Snowbunnybellas!!!

I used the Snowbunnybella by Stamping Bella on all these cards in a variety of colors.  It was so fun making them all!  I used a couple of Cuttlebug folders as well as patterned papers. Nestabilities dies were used on some of the cards.  In the glittered areas I used the quickie glue pen & sprinkled Prisma glitter over the glue.  I don't know why I was inspired to make winter cards when it is 100 degrees outside??

Stamping Bellas

This was a sample board at Simply Scrapbooks in Dayton, Ohio where I recently visited!  I thought all three of these cards were nicely done.

Enjoy the moment

The javabellas were turned into gals holding cupcakes!  I stamped & embossed the Javabellas & then colored them.  The cupcake stamp is by Stampin' UP.  Enjoy the Moment words are in the Mixed Messages set by Papertrey Ink.  I found some cute patterned paper & made it look like an awning.

Friends Forever

I used the Sistahoodabella stamp by Stamping Bella but I only inked up 2 of the 4 sistas!  I thought it would be cute to send a friend a card but I only wanted 2 gals on the card.  The notecard is by AMuse Art Stamps.  The words are from Papertrey Ink Simple Little Things which was an anniversary set from 2007.

Sistahoodabellas

Check out this great group of stampin' sistas!  I kept the coloring simple on these 4 gals as some times I get overwhelmed with too many colors.  I only used a soft blue, light gray & two hair colors.  I added a bit of glitz & glam with the Stardust Clear Glitter Pen.  The stamp is by Stamping Bella called Sistahoodabella
