ATTABOY!

I was in need of a few more guy birthday cards.  I bought this Attaboy stamp set from Unity Stamps a while back.  They were quick and easy cards.  I found patterned paper that seemed somewhat masculine.  These are ready for the next couple of male birthdays on my list!

CHEERS TO BEERS!

I recently bought the What's on Tap Bundle from Taylored Expressions.  This card will be perfect for guys that enjoy a cold beer!  

PICTURE PERFECT!

This is the first time I used the new Picture Perfect Quad from the Combo Club. Kinda fun for guy cards.  

CALL ME OLD FASHIONED

I needed a few more guy cards.  I have used this image quite a bit but I had new words to put with the glass so it feels new again.  I used masculine patterned paper and these were quick & easy!  The glass is from Unity Stamp and the sentiment is from Taylored Expressions.  I stamped Cheers to You for the inside of the card.  

GUY CARD

I decided to make a Taylored Expressions Map card with more manly colors.  I like how it turned out.  I used the Taylored Expressions Triangles die and cut out black, white and gray card stock.  I used the TE Crossroads cutting plate to add the stitched lines.  The sentiment is from TE Hello Friend stamp & die combo. 

Modern Eucalyptus

These cards are made with Taylored Expressions products.  I had the Modern Eucalyptus Foil It panels to start that I foiled with black foil.  I ink blended with stencils to add the green on the leaves.  The Happy Birthday sentiment is from Taylored Expressions Sundry Sentiments.  I plan to use these for guy cards. 

BBQ theme

I used this 12 x 12 sheet of card stock to make these four cards.  I really like how they turned out and I think they will make perfect guy cards since it's all about BBQ!

I used the Waffle Flower Postage stamp die.  I traced a pencil line around the images that I wanted to use for the various openings.  I love the muted colors.

GUY CARD

This was a quick guy card that I made for a brother in law.  I had this piece of patterned paper and I ink blended with a green ink.  The Happy Birthday die is from Taylored Expressions.  Quick & easy!  

TALKING IN CIRCLES

It's a new kit from Taylored Expressions and I decided to go for it!  I ordered this when it was released on Tuesday and it was in my mailbox on Wednesday.  It's a perk of living in the same town as Taylored Expressions and they have super fast shipping!  

After spending quite a bit of time die cutting all the various colors the cards came together very quickly. The "maps" that they provide in the kit make it easy.  

This design used only the Taylored Expressions Talking in Circle - Quarter size die cuts.  The rainbow of colors is very pretty!

This was a fun design - using Whole, Quarter and Half circles.  I learned a lesson from this card.  I had everything glued into place and then decided to run it through my die cutting machine to add the stitched outline.  My cutting plates are well used and added texture that I wasn't thrilled about but it's ok.  

Half circles - This time I used the map as a template and then used press n' seal to transfer the design to a dark background.  I also used foam tape on the back of the circles to add more dimension.  

This one was a more manly color scheme.  I added texture to some of the half circles by using an embossing folder. 

Quick Guy Cards

It's always a good thing to have guy cards in the stash.  I used Unity Stamps called  If You Were Whiskey and A Cold One.  I had an old paper pack from Papertrey Ink that worked nicely for the manly patterns. Simple stamping - no coloring!
