Following along with Cathy Z's card video I thought this cupcake card was so fun! I used Copic markers that matched the color of the cupcake & colored the cupcake liner so that it was a little darker than the rest of the cupcake.
I used the Dot Fade Layer template from Tim Holtz to create the polka dot background.
