A friend asked if I could mail her a couple of these happy dies (One Liners Happy Die Set from Papertrey Ink). While I had it out I die cut several more for myself and created 6 of these cards for my birthday stash. When you cut out the die the negatives are the HAPPY letters and the tiny fill in pieces on the A and P's. What are those called anyway? I colored the letters with a variety of Copic markers and then put them back in the die. I used 3D foam adhesive on the back to keep them in place and then attached the die to the front of my card. I added sparkle with the Spectrum Noir Clear glitter pen over top each of the letters. You could also use small pieces of colored card stock on the back side of the die. Either way works just fine!
Super simple but I think quite cute for a Birthday card. The birthday wishes words are from Altenew Floral Frame stamp set. I added a small twinkle star.
I love it!!
