Pennant Flags

You could use this decorated straw for a variety of occasions!

Stamps:  All Star

Card stock:  Pumpkin, Grass

Ink:  Versamark

Other:  White Embossing Powder, Halloween Washi Tape Trio, Navy Paper Straws, Pebble Satin Ribbon, Silver Organdy Ribbon, Static Magic, X-acto Craft Knife

Pumpkin card stock:  2" x 7" (scored at 3 ½")

Grass card stock: 2" x 7" (scored at 3 ½")

Fold the card stock strips at the score line.  Find the center of folded card stock at the open end (at 1").  Use a paper trimmer (or ruler & x-acto craft knife) to cut folded rectangle down to a triangle from the marked center point.  

Prep the front of each pennant using the static magic.  Stamp letters from All Star on front of the pennant in Versamark ink.  Emboss using the White embossing powder.  

Fold pennants around the tops of the Navy paper straws and adhere.  Add a strip of washi tape to side of the pennant and fold over.  Trim the ends of the washi tape.  Tie Pebble satin ribbon and Silver organdy ribbon around the Navy paper straws.
