I made these cards a while ago. I have this cool happy birthday die set that I hadn't used in a while from Papertrey Ink. They are called One Liners Happy dies. You get 4 dies with different HAPPY fonts. The word Birthday is from My Favorite Things.
The pretty floral in the background is Striped Florals from Altenew. Card stock and ink is from Amuse Studio.
