I made up several of these cards - super simple, black & white Guy birthday card. Guy cards are some times hard for me so these are great to have in my stash. The cake circle is Papertrey Ink 2012 Birthday Tags and the chevron is Lawn Fawn Interlocking Backdrops. I used a Stitched Circle die to cut out the cake for added interest.
