Here's how they are made:

1. Color one Cosmos paper flower with a red, yellow or orange Copic marker.

2. Adhere toothpick to back of flower with glue dot.

3. Adhere white Cosmos paper flower to back of toothpick with glue dot.

4. Adhere Navy button to front of colored flower with glue dot.

5. To make the base of the cupcake, use our mini cupcake wrapper die and Navy cardstock.
