I love a good flourish! This one is from Hero Arts called Fabulous Flourish!
I had some patterned paper with printed words on it. I stamped the Flourish with Versa Mark & used white embossing powder. The calendar is actually made like a card but I attached the month of March with double stick removable tape so that I can put each month on without tearing the card. It looks pretty on my desk!
