This was a Valentine Card that I made last year.  I used the Cuttlebug Heart Embossing folder with silver metallic paper on the bottom half of the card.  The Heart Balloon stamp is from Amuse. The Happy Valentine's Day words are by My Sentiments Exactly.  The striped ribbon is by American Crafts.
