Polka Dot Cupcakes

The cardstock, ribbon & polka dot patterned paper are all by Papertrey.  I really love that everything matches.  I used the Martha Stewart Traditional Scallop Punch on the border of the ivory cardstock.  I stamped the cupcake images on Bitty Dots Paper also by Papertrey & punched them out with a circle punch.  The cupcake stamp is from a small clear set of Hero Arts called Cupcakes (CL168).  I added a touch of glitz to the cupcake with the Stardust Clear Gelly Roll pen by Sakura.  Another quick & simple birthday card!
