HOORAY BIRTHDAY FOIL IT

This Hooray Birthday Foil It from Taylored Expressions is just the happy birthday to you words at the bottom of panel.  I ran it thru my Minc machine to add the foil.  I used the Neat & Tangled Balloon Duo stencil to ink blend the balloons.
